So many people have asked me 'What is an EcoBroker®?'. I thought I'd find a more creative way to answer the question, AND, one of my New Year's Resolutions was to become more tech-savvy. So here it is...
My first YouTube video: (Sorry, I haven't figured out how to embed the actual video yet, but I should at least get some points for trying, right? :-) Just click on the link below the graphic.

I'd love to hear some feedback. Don't be shy. I take constructive feedback very well :-)

Frances,
Great job for your first YouTube video! I think the message is very clear and getting the word out about GREEN Real Estate is a GOOD thing! You already achieved your goal of becoming more tech savvy this year, so I guess all there is left to do is to have continued success in 2009!
Hi Michelle,
Thank you for your encouraging words. I probably should share how I did this so that someone else might try it.
I made the slide show presentation on PowerPoint. Then I saved each slide as a seperate jpeg image. Although most new computers come with Windows MovieMaker, mine did not, so then I had to find a free download of the software. Once I installed the program, I imported the jpeg slides into MovieMaker. Although it took a bit to learn how the program worked, I finally got it with the help of my friend Holly. Last, I saved the movie to my computer. When it asked for what quality I wanted to save it at, I chose high quality. If you do not have a YouTube account, you must set that up first, but it takes less than 10 minutes. I uploaded the movie to YouTube and Voila!. I will say that I read the Help section on YouTube because my video looked blurry. They stated that it can take 30 minutes or more for the full upload, so if your movie looks blurry when first uploaded, give it some time.
Fran :-)
