Heart in the Clouds 

Asheville Heart in the Clouds

Love  is like a cotton-ball cloud--soft and promising.
Love is like a knowing smile stretched, without judgment,
 across the face of a beloved friend.

 You may find love in many places,
but today, my inamorata,
somehow sweetly sculpted
a heart in the clouds
just outside our cabin door,
all the time denying his handiwork
with a twinkle in his eye.
