It's GreenGolf Time, and we are making the rounds. -From Asheville' s Mountain golf courses to the Coast of North Carolina, our state is just about "as perfect as it gets" for golfers. The legendary North Carolina Golf Courses not only are stunning, but are environmentally-sensitive. So, this summer, we are visiting each of the following eco-friendly golf courses.Expect mini video clips that capture "the essence of place" and homes on the greenside and updates as we practice our swing... Here are Green Golf Courses on our tour: 
Balsam Mountain Preserve, Sylva, North Carolina
One of the most environmentally progressive golf communities, Balsam Mountain Preserveis known not only for general excellence, but also for leadership in eco-friendly development.
Having achieved the Audubon Certified Sanctuary Certification, here at Balsam Mountain, we expect to discover such amenities as significant Green Space, Habitat Restoration and Habitat Preservation. We are looking forward to speaking with the on-board naturalist, and (of course) previewing green construction homes at Balsam Mountain.
