Asheville eco-friendly lots and land
, and a white cat predict positive futures in 2010 and beyond.
"Follow a white cat and you may 'sense' the very land beneath your feet." a mountain man told me not long ago.
Just an old myth?
Possibly true. However, so many of my land clients know right away that "this" spot called to them, that there may be something to it!
LAND and those who live on the land may have a certain mutual attraction. . . .Think about it :
You may be a person who is drawn to steep trails leading to alpine pastures at 4,500 feet at the far end of Madison County to the north of Asheville, for example.
Or you may resist those steep slopes and prefer hiking or riding on the rolling pasturelands in horse country to the south of Asheville.
Certainly, when I walk the land with clients, they tell me they know right away if a lot or larger acreage is "calling" to them.

If you are a person who enjoys healthy living and healthy living spaces then being in the North Carolina mountains. hiking the Appalachian Trail, hunting for waterfalls, might be a great choice for you. In the great rolling valleys, too, there is room for sustainable innovation, eco-development and green-built homes.
The spaciousness in the area lends itself to energetic living and that portends positive things in the future.
