It looks like they're building my kind of home in these beautiful natural regions of your area....I plan to visit there some day as I love mountainous regions (the old rolling kinds of mountains covered in trees).

As costs for utilities go up green is going to be the way to go.

You don't have to sell green to me, but are you finding a majority of buyers want sustainable features or is it still a smaller group? Some green features are easy to explain, but I find that explaining life cycle costs can be a stretch for some buyers.
