The Greater Asheville area is full of potential for those seeking a welcoming atmosphere and quality of life. People want to be here. They arrive  from elsewhere with high hopes. There are view lots and sizable acreage adjacent to the national forest. (about 175)

There is lakefront property (about 165)
There are cottages close to Asheville in the 300-$500K range (about 75)

There is land and sustainable innovation to share with others in conservation neighborhoods
