Asheville's GREEN Home/LAND Tour of 2009

The 2009 Buncombe Green Home Tour was a lively happening on the last Sunday of April.  The tour , whichasheville green home tour starting point is  self-guided included about 50 Healthy-Built homes. Interested "tourists" picked up brochures at Board Office or simply downloaded the Green Home Tour's brochure from www.green-hometour.com. (You may want to take a peek at that!!)

FEATURED on the Green Home Tour -Asheville's  existing green homes for sale and pre-construction green developments.  

ALSO those attending could opt to learn about eco-friendly LAND USE.   

David Brannon,  Landscape Architect, SiteRhythms  and David Tuch Landscape Architect, Equinox Environmental  gave stellar presentatations on a variety of topics from sustainable land planning to environmental resource assessment during the tour.  Those topics included:
