Congratulations to Ashville!  Well deserved, that is for sure.  I am impressed with the number of NC Healthy Build and Energy Star homes sold.  Do you have separate MLS descriptions related to green so that home buyers and sellers can search by green or NC Healthy Built or Energy Star?  We don't have these yet but I'm going to work on it!
