We often get emails like this. And so, we often check the real estate market statistics here in Asheville
in order to supply up-to-the- minute answers not based on our own positive emotions about Asheville.
You see, for many of us, living in North Asheville, where the skies are Carolina Blue and the people are full of life and creativity, is a dream come true ...It is about life on the GREENSIDE... and, about this, we could be biased...(I'm smiling.) This is a neighborhood of "modestly-priced" homes in a sustainable neighborhood. There are big trees, sounds of the mountains, and children playing.
