Currently, there are 27 WNC Healthy® Built Homes for sale in Asheville. Many of these homes are very large and suitable for multi-generational living. Five (5) are in the “affordable housing” price range. Here is a breakdown by price range:

NOTE: Of particular interest to Eco-Friendly buyers in the Asheville real estate market is the involvement of the WNC Green Building Council (WNCGBC) and the Asheville Home Builder Association
P.S. The City of Asheville recently has presented two (2) newly enacted sustainable development incentives that promote affordable housing and green building. These innovative tools allow for increased density of units and economic incentives including reduced permit fees and property taxes.
